"Ben, Tom and Milen are just brilliant. We bought a house that had not been lived in for years and used Bluebird Spaces for the complete renovation, back to brick, including a loft conversion. Jobs included, lots of steel to stop the house falling down (!) fitting all new windows, underfloor heating, all new electrics throughout, new bathrooms, kitchens, air source heat pump, wallpapering, tiling, brick slip, wooden flooring, stone slab flooring, a patio, turf laying, the works. Not only were these guys and their team knowledgeable, hard working and great at communicating but they also pointed out issues that we had not thought of. Including a drainage error in our architect's plans which would have been disastrous if they had simply followed the architect's instructions. They met deadlines and worked well with any external contractors who came in for things including building control which was a huge weight of our minds. Every aspect of the work has been carried out to a very high standard with the most beautiful finish. They were also fastidiously tidy, sweeping and hoovering every day before they left so that when we visited everything was in great shape. This is the second time I have done a complete renovation with Tom Atanasov, last time was a flat before he joined forces with Milen and Ben and I would never go anywhere else. They are not allowed to retire! Would highly recommend. (The photos are an attempt to show the before and after for our kitchen and sitting room as well as one showing the extent of the work, at one point we had no rear wall and no roof!!)"
